Co-founder and Executive Director of Campesinos Sin Fronteras (Farmers without Borders), Emma is a nationally recognized Hispanic leader and advocate for immigrants and farm workers.  She has served the immigrant farm worker community in Arizona for over 40 years through education and healthcare services, helping to address poverty, illness, and domestic violence. Campesinos Sin Fronteras has become a model program for immigrant farm workers across the nation.
